1. NC currently has a ban on fracking, this bill is part of hammering out the legislation that would regulate them to begin to allow fracking in the state.
2. The bill only makes the recipes unavailable for public inspection but would still be required:

3. A bill is not a law, there is no outlawing of releasing info here. The NC senate has not signed the bill into law, as ********** claims.
4. ********** is lacking any fundamental understanding of fracking, or reality for that matter. I won't waste my time trying to sort that out.
