so apparently Sterling has been determined mentally incapacited to the point he's been removed from the sale process.
So this guy is mentally capacited enough to have the league pull their bullshit just a couple weeks ago, but now is so mentally incapacited that he is not considered the legal decision maker.
there's nothing not icky re: this story. Just following it makes me feel like I got some shit on th ebottom of my shoe that keeps stinking up the place.
