In America these things start out being used on the minorities and people basically ignore it.
As the years go by, the cops start to use it against everybody since it held up so well in court against minorities.

It would be ironic if US history as a slave society (north wasn't as long as south and 100,000 white people died in that war against south) caused its downfall. Good quote:

Wouldn't be good for American blacks either if America collapsed. Because Obama is president American blacks tend to side with government it seems, but let's see how that plays out.
