Those who wanted to live in the States already live there. Those who don't, stay here. Please don't confuse Russia with poor countries like Namibia, Moldova or Bulgaria. Those would prefer live anywhere but not in their own countries. For example, I'm Russian and I live in Russia. Now what about you?
