This has little if anything to do with ignore lists on message boards.
As to the rest of the comments so far, I believe the words I myself used were "trolls", "keyboard pests" and "cyberbully".
Enemy is from the quote, not my term of choice, not my words, not my quote, and is in all likelihood used only as a figure of speech. But of course only those who aren't trolls themselves suffering from selective comprehension disorder plus having a pest-like agenda would be able to figure that out.
