if you do what JD suggested but use this:
https://www.interconnectit.com/wp-co...eplacedb21.zip to do the search and replace youll have a perfectly moved wordpress site, all settings will remain intact and you will only (maybe) have to just go into your permalinks section and hit update permalinks for your .htaccess to be updated
