This may be a problem for us porn producers. Lots of guys buy memberships using their real credit cards but use names like M. Smith instead of the full Mike Smith, trying to keep some anonymity. But with an ID like that, they know everything they do online is recorded and monitored for sure. Not like it isn't right now, but it's just a matter of perception.
