12Clicks, What happened back then was over the course of millions and millions of years. The earth naturally changes over time, everyone knows that. The changes that are freaking scientists out however are happening very, very fast, and these changes affect PEOPLE living today, and will have an even bigger impact on the kids only a generation or two from today.
Another thing you seem to forget is that it is not just Carbon Dioxide (CO2) that contributes to global warming. There is also Methane (CH4), Nitrous Oxide (N2O) and several others. You should read
