Exactly! I wasn't under the influence of anything. If i would of missed her the car behind me would of hit her or the car next to me.
If this happend is most other states, they couldn't even take me to court. In FL they have this law that every little thing might add a percentage to being my fault. Saying the windows down, radio on, having a lot of people in the car and on the cell phone adds up to 4% my fault. That's how she is taking me to court.
