She is just sueing you man.. It does not seem like any criminal charges have been filed at all. It's most likely a Wrongful Death Suit.
As long as you have insurance you should be ok.. even if you don;t win. Your insurance will cover the claim. Now.. your car insurance will be crazy expensive for the rest of your life, but you wont be going to jail man.
