I am not aware of any betting market where you can before the game bet a correct score after extra time, but if you could that would have been a very handsome price !
Best you could have done would have been Madrid with method of victory extra time or wait till extra time to place your bet. Going for 4-1 correct score at that point would have been a very good price also.
