First of all ... I am not a lawyer, but there must be INTENT to kill to be charged with any type of Homicide ... accidental death can be MANSLAUGHTER at best ... get yourself a good lawyer

It is tough to go threw, but 16 years later now, he is happily married and is a great person ... his then girlfriend stuck with him thru the whole ordeal, and now they are married for 10 years ...
