Then drive 2 mins down the road and you're in hell. It's a shame.

Wow, that's really interesting. When I went downtown to file some paperwork, it looked kind of run down, but I do see what you mean about the old-timey feel to it. I may have to strap up and walk around a bit before it gets too damn hot.
