fair enough and the reason for the pork barreling issue .. way to change that?
I always felt that the typical America wishes everyone well, hopes they have food, shelter, clean water and safety. for themselves and their children... and as much as the world wishes to blame whitey for their issues, some of the blame mast be placed squarely on the local governments in those regions at some point.... most world issues are insurmountable do to the 'moral hazard' .. this one area where the left seems to be brain dead for sure... sending 10 million to some world lord in a foreign county is only a feel good action but will in the end only make things worse or extend the current situation at best.
