Yes cities have their own problems as do rural areas. The problem is how do you make rules for one area that don't apply to the next?
Example in Cali when it comes to guns, you can open carry in rural areas but need a permit to carry in cities. I see nothing wrong with that, but usually on the flip side the NRA nuts think it's violating your rights if you can't open carry in a city as well.
Also even though gun supporters love to toss out numbers like you just did about 60% of homicides being done by inner cities (ie code for blacks & hispanics). You can sure as hell bet that soon as any rules or regulations were attempted to be made to take away guns from those people it would be oh "not my 2nd amd".
This is the problem, is the NRA isn't realistic when it comes to how guns should be regulated in this country.
