Not sure how anyone can deny the validity of Metallica? Over 120 million albums sold and they are one of the most commercially successful bands of all time! On these charts they are ahead of Bob Dylan, Bon Jovi, Fleetwood Mac, Prince, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, The Beach Boys and Kiss. Pretty decent company.
