I have been a vegetarian for about 23 years now
A vegetarian diet is indeed more healthy then a diet that contains meat and most people do see the results when they start.
The thing that most starters do not consider though is that you should balance your meal very well and that you should get all your vitamins in.
Some vitamins like B12 and iron are hard to get the sufficient amount in without meat. Dont be afraid to take vitamin pills to correct this!
