I've been eating less and less meat for health reasons. I just feel its not healthy and its got a lot of disease in it. I've been eating more vegetables and fruit, rice, potatoes and I've been losing weight too.
Had dinner the other night with friends and ordered a veggie plate and I was stuffed by the end of it, it was delicious. I never thought I'd order a veggie plate in my life.
I'm not there 100% but Im getting there. Any vegetarians or vegans here? How has it been working out for you health wise?
