Most cam sites will state this as a no-no.... even blinds open and shit like that. Let me find the verbiage but I wouldn't toy with it. Especially if it's a US based site.
Here's one so far:
3. All visible participants in the Content you Produce shall be consenting adults who are (i) at least 18 years of age; (ii) of legal majority age in your country and in the U.S.; and (iii) actively registered, documented and approved as webcam model with our Services.
