4 hours is for a 240 volt connection. If you plug it into a regular socket it takes 15 hours. I don't know about you, but the only place I regularly see 240 volt connections is behind electric dryers. Of course you can always have one installed, but it's not like you can just grab any power source wherever you are and charge it quickly with a regular extension cord.

Also looks like you can't just use a regular 240 volt outlet, you have to buy one of their charging stations. Check out the price of these:
