Governor of Kherson (Ukraine): "Hitler liberated Ukraine"
At a rally in honor of Victory Day in Kherson, in front of all veterans, governor Yuriy Odarchenko said that Hitler was not an occupier, but a liberator. He was appointed by the Kiev junta in March.
