And you've sent another email to BongaCams Model/Studios & Customer Support ? that's completely different department, which have nothing to do with BongaCash affiliate program and their internal regulations are different. Asking for a payout there means you will be treated as a performer.

So what we have here is a reckless guy, who started a discreditable thread to put some light on shady business and who thinks it's OK to send payout requests to irrelevant email addresses.

Now once again and very shortly: BongaCash didn't asked you for your photo and/or your ID. This topic is absolutely misleading due to your inability to see the difference between BongaCash & BongaCams and I still want you to clean this shit up.
