oh and I never said anything about it not delivering. I did make a snarky remark about the lack of maintenance on the system and how it would prolly fizzle out on the pad, however my primary snarky retort was re: the russian who put up a picture of the Topol as some sort of threat to Euro NATO, which is not designed for.
