Morgan Spurlock recent did a piece on guns and gun control. He was pointing out some of the sticking points in the fight over gun control including the size of clips etc. One thing he talked about was the expanded background checks. He said the polls showed 90% of people supported expanded background checks. Gun owners and anti-gun people alike were all in agreement, yet congress refused to pass is because of the pressure from the gun lobby.
It was pretty interesting to see how it all went down.
