I understand why they banned Sterling. I don't understand why they never gave Shaq the same treatment. Well I do, but I'm saying there's not a compelling reason he shouldn't have received the same treatment. He is partial owner of an NBA team. I'm pretty sure their code of conduct was designed to cover more than just racist remarks by majority owners.
