Celebrities charge when they need the $$. I had a friend that ran a celebrity appearance show in SM. Most celebrities like sports stars run out of movie pretty quickly once their careers slow down. They don't save.

People think all pornstars are worth millions as well. I think I have one pornstar client that is well situated financially.

It's very expensive to live in LA, not work that much and try to keep up "appearances" of being a star. I know of one star that had a Starbucks tab of about $1500 a month. That's a mortgage or rent for most people. For her it was coffee.
