These two people who got convicted of crimes for defending their homes only got in trouble because they took it too far by announcing their intention to set traps and kill people and by leaving evidence such as admitting that they moved their vehicle to make it look like they weren't home or opening the garage doors on purpose with a purse in view to entice the criminals who broke in.
