I can understand them adding the halal meat due to customer demand (though I disagree with the whole concept of killing animals that way), but removing ham and bacon seems completely unnecessary. Muslims don't even eat pigmeat, so what does it matter if it's on the menu? It's not like the meats are kept in the same container, Subway keeps it all separate as far as I'm aware.
