Part of the attraction of bitcoin for a merchant is that it is money that can't be reversed or charged back (just stolen, hijacked or lost  )

A Bitcoin refund would only happen if the site is offline or if the user is denied access once they have paid. Site access would be verified before we authorize a refund and we would work together with the webmaster to ensure that this is handled appropriately.
