I added plugrush ... I think ...
In plugrush under publisher -> websites have added and verified all of my sites.

under publisher -> plugs I added all the sites. Even though I did not understand the meaning of this page ... what you mean by plugs?

I do not know NameCheap. Can I set the dns? Can I transfer close to the deadline? Can I put domains on NameCheap and keep the server on hostgator? Are there any contraindications?
