Ok so I was venting here, I take back my prior statement. I took the time to call their support and the wonderful customer service rep stayed on the phone with me for 1 hour trying to fix it. It now powers on and videos but is a little glitchy. Hoping that a new battery will fix it, if not she's sending me a 40% off coupon! GO PRO IS AWESOME
