To have an owner be a racist, in a league that is largely black, is a disaster for not only that franchise, but the whole league as a whole. To have a team in a market like L.A no longer able to get free agents, coaches etc, hurts the bottom line of all the owners in the league.

Yep, at the end of the day it's about the bottom line. He'll get paid market value and the other owners will continue to make their money while keeping their workers happy!
