I still hold out the belief that Putin is far far smarter than Bush and is just bluffing, but I see some of his speeches including one you've posted, where there's that glimmer in his eye that makes me think the dude's not thinking rationally like you saw with fucking Bush. Again, hopefully he's just playing everyone to keep Ukraine off balance enough to shove through federalization in the east but it's a dangerous game.
