the only difference is the dude with a 100m is supposed to have a guy to squelch this sort of matter before it gets to the legal system/public domain.
about 45 seconds after this happened dude should have been calling his guy that handles this sort of thing and the very next day this girl should have been thoroughly compensated and a signed stfu doc made.
