It depends.....
If you were going to start a new webcam business, I would suggest that you NOT use this domain. It's harder to remember because of the hyphen and became of the XXX. A user somewhere who may have been on your site yesterday but forgot to bookmark it, is more likely to type webcams.com instead of web-cam.xxx. And if he decides to search for it in Google, he will find other domains before this one.
You probably could not use it as an affiliate for a site like webcams.com either because it would probably violate their Terms of Service.
You might be able to sell the domain to someone who really wants it and make money with it that way, or you could offer it to webcams.com as they may be trying to shore up all of the sound-alike and spell-alike domain names that are similar to theirs.
