Will someone explain me please, why such law is there at all, if there are so many problems with this? Also, how anyone can get into your house except by force (if he don't have keys). What rules are used to consider some house abandoned? I don't get it. Maybe I am in jail in other country, missing in airplane accident, went in war,living currently in some other country.
What if person have successor or relatives?
