because women can literally get a fuck off some random bloke any old time they like, no exceptions. Not saying I agree with the use/thought process of calling them sluts, whores, blahblahothernamesakiduses - but that's pretty much why a guy is considered a 'casanova' or whatever - way, way, way harder for a guy to get a fuck with a random woman just when he feels like one.
'lucky' is what I'd use instead of whore, etc
