That means a surfer has bookmarked a site containing the nats code (e.g. a fhg) after a while the surfer decides to signup to that page. Many surfers do that. And unlike a ccbill site (where the cookie expires after max 3 days) the nats code never expires. Now do the math on how many ccbill sales u loose this way. As a program owner i can tell u thats about 50% of all affiliate sales. Thats one of our industries dirty secrets...
