Nat's 4.0... How do I enable a decline template? I want to take the declines and show the surfer a page with several offers on it... I know we can set up a cascade, but that only shows the surfer one other billing option, and I'm trying to show them a page where we have another billing option plus other non billing options, like sign up to a mailing list, etc...
