Yes indeed they are. They were the new small file lockers at 1 time also. Being larger means they are harder to take down not easier. Anyone wanting to fund an effort to take them down needs to have a large bank account and even with funding it won't happen overnight.
Both have multiple personalities also. But that is the topic for another discussion.
