They have been a week behind with us the last 4 months.
Not sure if Redpass is the cause of their issues. I think it goes deeper. Seems fairly easy to set up a co-branded card solution.

I don't think they are going ibill but like Amelia said it is wise to diversify. Your own mid could shut you done even quicker. Visa/MC can do the same with little reason.
I am not trying to justify/defend Zombaio but I talk with them regularly to make sure shit is moving along. I havent had the bad customer service issues anyone here has described, but I dont wait for tickets to be responded to either. I get them on chat or phone and push.
Btw their bank is on vacation April 18th through 21st. You wont be seeing shit until they catch up afterward. Those dudes in Belize take lots of holidays, as a matter of fact I think they take every holiday
