Motion activated lights should scare him off. If not, try getting a few of those voyeur cams (X10's) and once you see him getting nearby, the paintball gun should come in handy. If that still doesn't work, get BT to kick his ass but turn off the cams before that, no need for evidence when it comes to the ass kicking part.
