Again, you are missing the point.
If someone will cheat you once, they may cheat you again. So what. As long as each time they cheat you they continue to pay you more than anyone else.... that is what matters.
If someone figures out an ethical way to earn 10 Billion dollars per click and wants to pay me $30 per click after agreeing to 50/50 revshare.... good for them! I'm happy for them to earn 9+ Billion dollars per click. I'm eager to be shaved. Just keep paying me $30 per click and I will send you all my traffic.... until you stop, or someone else pays $31 per click, or you do something that harms my traffic.
