DirecTV would refuse to acknowledge the affiliate on a public forum and then most likely proceed directly to litigation, since DirecTV's affiliate agreement has a confidentiality clause and they are very litigious.
But this kind of situation wouldn't happen with DirecTV because you have to pass an exhaustive background check and credit check as well as operate a physical business location in the US with an active liability insurance policy in order to become an affiliate, which there's no way, IMO the OP would pass.
