yeah, I do understand that there are some signs that things may not be totally smooth sailing. That said, when I add up the difference between the costs I've incurred using zombaio as my primary versus other processors (CCBill et al.) I've saved thousands over the relatively short time I've used it. Setting aside the visa/MC fees I've still saved thousands due to the lower processing percentage. even if they closed up tomorrow and I lost everything currently sitting in my account I'd still be ahead thousands compared to what I would have spent using another processor
I'm def paying attention to what's going on as the fact that some people aren't getting paid is worrisome, all I'm saying is at this point at least the bottom-line benefits to me of using zombaio far exceed the risks.
I do understand that online processing in general is a risk, I've been there before and it wasn't fun. I actually had to take the last cam site I worked to court for funds owed to me when they closed (luckily they settled and I got paid back in full including all costs associated with filing, lawyers, etc) but that experience was an aggravation I wouldn't wish on anyone.
Having to wait for funds overdue is frustrating and unacceptable. I hope everyone waiting on their payments receives them soon.
