I can workout most bits of the 2000Charge setup you didn't like. When I visit their office they let me change about anything. Not sure about $80 wire fees...they are $25 as far as I know.

2000charge have ridiculous fees, currency exchange rates (kind of shaving) + costs of wires. 80 bucks for a wire?!?!
My experience with them (from their day 1) is negative in terms of making things better.
