The question is what kind of men are going there:
1. Married men - who want's to taste something different, and feeling like "letting the dog out for a while".
2. Business men - who have no time to "pick up" the chicks and pass through different stages of "first date", second date - blah blah date. They impress the woman (and she's being pro acts like she's impressed - probably both know that the other knows they are all faking - but both play the game. Then the sex is just the logical end of the meeting.
He's not interested if she had a good time, but what she's thinking - I have no clue....
All go on their way and no one feels the guilt.
