AFAIK most porn sites are censored and even non-porn sites that deal with say homosexuality are censored too. The government has taken legal action against bloggers and ISPs for "objectionable" content.

There are technical ways around the MDA's blocks via proxies and such, but you'd still be legally vulnerable, i.e. arrested. So no, I wouldn't advise operating an adult business while living there.
