Not that I care much, I just found Jimmy's claim to be a bit unrealistic - but if it can be done I am sure the money can be raised *shrug*

The problem is, would such a case result in a collectable judgement that would justify the expense ? In this case I doubt it.
The best way to hurt sites like this is to keep them on the back foot, shut down file lockers, put pressure on their hosting arrangements, shut off ad revenue and so forth.
