There was lots of email / skype messages in between, and each time I requested an update I was told he hadn't started or done much yet, because of xyz personal reason, for weeks after I'd paid my invoice. Because I wasn't seeing anything done at all, and was getting replies to my emails / messagtes days after I sent them that didn't explain anything or update me but looked like stalling I had to make it clear that I had a deadline, which is why I went with them as they said 2 week turnaround time.

I understand there has been illness and other disruptions on the part of your designer, however it has been 6 weeks since my invoice was paid. I was quoted 2 weeks for this job.

So far I've seen nothing but mock-up screenshots of the design, which didn't follow my instructions as per my email to Jason on the 7th of February (which had an attached screenshot of what I wanted.)

I was last contacted via skype on the 25th of February (5 days ago) with an updated design mock up, which I replied to what not what I'd asked for. I have received no reply back and no update.

I would like to have an ETA for my design as well as prompt communication, and clear following of my design requirements. I need this job completed, integrated and tested, by April at the absolute latest.

Please respond within 24 hours.
